The job is both technical and social, requiring you to interact with colleagues and clients. Workdays generally start around 6 am and end at 4 pm, with most work performed indoors rather than on rooftops.
The job involves being on your feet and carrying equipment, but it is not overly physically demanding. You will not be required to work on rooftops; most tasks are performed inside buildings. The job is suitable for both women and men without any special physical requirements.
Starting salaries for AC electricians range between 2500 and 3000 Euros before tax, depending on the employer and location.
Graduates will find opportunities with large-scale, modern companies that have installer teams throughout the country. These companies often include startups with young, international teams that utilize digital tools in their daily workflows.
The course, valued at around 18,000 Euros, is covered by the jobcenter via Bildungsgutschein. We assist participants in applying for this voucher. The cost of the pilot course is covered by our company for all participants.
We will help you find the best way to join the course. There are options for training as part of a “Weiterbildungsmaßnahme” for those not registered as unemployed.
